Digital skills courses for support technicians: skillrung
In brief
Technical profiles know the principles; what they most often lack is the time to apply them and the arguments to get them accepted elsewhere in the organisation. Skillrung courses do not re-explain what you already know: they cover privileged accounts, the separation of environments, backups that are genuinely tested, the compliance of the processing you put into production, and how to explain a refusal to a management team in a hurry. The Intermediate and Expert levels are calibrated to stay demanding, and the certificate in your name that you obtain documents a skill a client can verify.
