Local government, elected officials and institutions
Digital skills courses for local government officers: skillrung
In brief
A local authority holds the civil register, the electoral roll, school enrolments and the social welfare files of its residents, and it has to stay open whatever happens. The smallest municipalities nevertheless concentrate all of these services on two or three computers, administered remotely by a contractor. Skillrung courses start from that reality: what the executive decides, what it demands of its contractors, what staff must be able to do themselves on the day the service goes down. Each course measures the level reached on three tiers and issues a verifiable certificate in your name.
