Digital skills courses for social workers: skillrung
In brief
Social work rests on information that the people being supported disclose only once: family situation, income, health, protective measures. That information travels between case management software, mailboxes, reports shared with partner agencies and, sometimes, a personal phone used for lack of anything better. Skillrung courses go through these circuits one by one and show what actually gets decided in the field: what you write in a file, what you pass on to a partner agency, what you keep to yourself. The level reached is measured by three quizzes and leads to a certificate in your name.
